Vic Hartman

Vic brings a wealth of law enforcement, legal, and investigative experience to the Blue Honor Line team. He was an FBI Agent for 25 years, serving as a street agent, supervisory special agent, and Chief Division Counsel. After retiring from the FBI, Vic founded the Hartman Firm, LLC in Atlanta, Georgia, a law and CPA firm specializing in internal investigations and forensic accounting.

Vic has decades of experience in all facets of anonymous reporting systems. As an FBI Agent, he investigated allegations of those wishing to remain anonymous. As an attorney, he has represented them before federal agencies. He has collaborated with governmental organizations to implement these systems. Importantly, he knows the value of anonymous reporting systems and the cultural parameters required for their effectiveness.

Vic is an attorney and CPA licensed in Georgia. He is a graduate of Emory University School of Law. He holds various credentials relating to fraud and forensic accounting. He is the author of the book The Honest Truth About Fraud–A Former FBI Agent Tells All. Vic is also a member of the Society of Former Special Agents of the FBI.
